Sanford is our assignment and our home. We exist to advance the Kingdom of God here by following the
blueprint Jesus established for His Church: making
disciples, teaching the uncompromised Word of God,
cultivating authentic worship, demonstrating the power of
the Holy Spirit, developing Kingdom leaders, and
equipping believers to fulfill their God-given purpose.
Through evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, prayer, and

Leads discipleship pathways, Growth Track, small groups, and Serve Team leadership, helping people grow in their faith, discover their purpose, and become equipped disciples of Christ.
Ferrari Serrette
Care pastor
Provides compassionate pastoral care, spiritual guidance, counseling, and personal support, helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges while experiencing the love of Christ.
Dr. Clareta Jackson
School of Ministry Director
Directs biblical curriculum, ministerial internships, and leadership accreditation for emerging leaders.
Amanda Thompson
Executive administrator
Serves as executive assistant to the lead pastors, coordinates ministry schedules, and facilitates communication between administrative teams and ministry leaders.

Next Gen Director
Leads children's ministry, middle school, and high school ministry, developing meaningful discipleship experiences that help students grow in faith, discover their purpose, and become lifelong followers of Christ.
Anthony Jackson
Production & Media DIRECTOR
Leads production and media efforts through audio, lighting, livestreaming, creative content, and merchandise development, delivering engaging experiences that support worship and communicate the Gospel.
Judith Anane
WORSHIP DIRECTOR
Leads heartfelt, Spirit-led worship experiences while developing and mentoring vocalists and musicians to help create an atmosphere where people encounter God's presence.
Amber Snedeker
REGISTRATION & CHECK IN COORDINATOR
Manages registration and check-in experiences, event communications, and attendee information, helping every guest and participant experience an organized and welcoming environment.
Shean Serrette
Safety & Care Director
Oversees church security, medical response, and emergency preparedness, helping provide a safe, welcoming environment where individuals and families can worship with confidence.
Ryan Snedeker
Facilities Director
Oversees building maintenance, repairs, facility improvements, and contractor coordination, ensuring church facilities remain safe, welcoming, and prepared for ministry activities.
Mercy Bush
Outreach Director
Builds community relationships and coordinates evangelistic outreach opportunities, bringing the Gospel beyond the church walls and helping people connect with Christ and the local church.
Kimberly Steward
Public Relations DIRECTOR
Strengthens the church's public presence through community and media relationships, program development, and positive representation of the ministry's vision, message, and impact.
